WORD SEARCH | $45

The concept of equating states of being/feeling to movements are explored. This serves to build vocabulary for bodily sensations without delving too deeply into the psychological and emotional components of somatization. The focus is centered towards expanding individual sensorial encyclopedias, thereby encouraging body awareness and autonomy.

The following explorations will revisit sensations with guided word prompts. Not all need to be used.

Exploration I: Realism (20-30 mins)
Heavy, Light, Fast, Slow, High Effort, Low Effort, Full Control, Little Control

Exploration II: Abstraction (20-30 mins)
Humid, Weather, Circles, Pulsing, Colors, Elements, Textures
