Classical Pilates = fantastic, brilliant, beautiful strong.
But assigning moral value to movement practices by saying whether or not they’re “good” or “right” is craZzzzzzzzzzy.
Human bodies are in motion all day. They’re meant to move. We don’t get out of bed and start doing footwork, we simply get UP. Human bodies are resilient, strong, and capable. Not fragile.
If you’re a true Pilates teacher, then you are also a movement lover. All ways to move can be empowering if you appreciate them for what they are.
