Platza returns to FarWell Sauna this Friday Aug 14! Our favorite sauna whisk master Kevin O’Connell brings his freshly harvested, handmade oak, birch, and linden sauna whisks to 57th St Beach. Each type has its benefits: Oak contains tannins that reduce inflammation and tighten pores and has a deep, earthy, comforting wood aroma. Linden, with its sweet, honey-like, floral fragrance, acts as a natural sedative and promotes sweating, clears pores, and softens dry skin.
