As the seasons begin to shift, it is easy to feel the urge to rush or lose touch with the warmth we have built up. Our latest on-demand Vinyasa flows are designed to help you hold onto that steady internal heat, ground your energy, and move with intention right from the comfort of home.

Whether you need a quick mindful break in the middle of a busy week or space to unwind at your own pace, these practices are created to meet you exactly where you are. Accessible movement is always waiting for you.

New flows are now live in our virtual library. Roll out your mat whenever you are ready, because the door is always open.

“We need it!”

I asked one of my Oakmont students why she thinks it’s important for older adults to take chair yoga and she immediately started listing all the places she’s had fractures. 😮

Then came the little edit at the end:

“Well…we’ll just keep that between us.” 😂

THIS is one of my favorite parts of teaching at senior communities💕

Yes, we move.
Yes, we work on strength, balance, mobility and body awareness.
Yes, movement matters especially as we age. Physical activity can help support strength, function, balance and bone health.

But we also TALK.

We laugh.
We share stories.
We commiserate about our bodies.
We celebrate what they CAN do.
And sometimes we have a little “you and me” moment that stays between us. 😉

Women are especially important to this conversation. Osteoporosis is a major cause of fractures in postmenopausal women, and women also tend to live longer than men… meaning we have a LOT of years of life to protect, participate in and enjoy. In the U.S., women born in 2024 have a life expectancy of 81.4 years, compared with 76.5 years for men.

Maybe that’s why I love this kind of intergenerational female connection so much.

I get to learn from women who have decades more life experience than I do, while hopefully helping them feel a little stronger, steadier and more connected to their bodies.

Yoga class becomes more than yoga.

It becomes community. ❤️

That’s what I mean when I say **Mindful Movement, Accessible for All.**

Mondays often bring a rush to catch up before the week has even fully begun. But you do not have to earn a moment of quiet, it is already yours to take.

Incorporating guided meditation into your daily routine does not require hours of stillness or an elaborate setup. Sometimes, it is simply five intentional minutes with a practice like The Reset Breath or Coming Home to soften your shoulders, ground your breath, and reset your energy for the days ahead.

Our on-demand guided meditations are ready for you whenever you need a pause. Take a deep breath, settle into whatever space feels comfortable, and join us whenever you are ready.

How are you creating space for rest and grounding this week?

Your practice does not need to fit into a rigid schedule or a specific box. Sometimes you have forty-five minutes for a full flow, and sometimes you just need ten minutes in a chair between meetings to breathe, ground down, and reset.

Our on-demand library is created to meet you exactly where you are, on your own time. With accessible movement, chair yoga, gentle stretching, and guided breathwork added every month, you can always find what supports your energy and wellbeing today.

Whenever you are ready to move with us, explore the full on-demand library at the link in our bio or visit Momence.com/u/VisionsincorporatedYoga.

You do not need fancy studio equipment or special gear to support your practice. Movement is about meeting yourself right where you are, and having the right support can make all the difference.

Props are not a shortcut, they are an invitation to move with more ease, comfort, and care. What is your favorite household prop to use during practice?

Sometimes the space itself becomes the teaching.

One afternoon, I walked into the community room where we gather for yoga -- and the walls were adorned with art made by the very students I have the privilege of practicing with.

There is something quietly profound about what happens when we tend to a space. When we hang something meaningful on the wall, arrange the chairs just so, or bring in color and care, we are already practicing. We are telling ourselves: *this place matters. I matter here.*

In yoga, we talk about creating a container for practice. But sometimes the students teach the teacher. Seeing the pride in their faces as they showed me their work reminded me that adorning our space is not decoration, it is devotion. It is the outer expression of an inner yes.

Whether your practice space is a studio, a community room, a kitchen chair, or a corner of your living room -- I hope it holds something that makes you feel welcome in your own life.

Thank you to these beautiful, creative souls for reminding me why this work matters. 🌿

Chair yoga isn't a modified version of "real" yoga. It's a direct response to how differently we all move through the world.

A kid trying to regulate big feelings at a school desk. An adult sitting through back-to-back meetings with a body that's begging for movement. Someone navigating a disability where a mat on the floor was never the plan.

Chair yoga meets all three without asking anyone to change their circumstances first. The chair isn't a limitation we're working around. It's the access point. It meets you exactly where you are and asks you to notice your breath, your body, your own small shifts, nothing more.

Curious where chair yoga could fit into your Tuesday? Sit with us this month and experience the benefits firsthand. New On-Demand uploads every month, and live virtual classes available every week.

This is what Visions Incorporated looks like when it expands beyond the mat -- and into the workplace.

Tammy Felhandler first came to Lindsay as a personal client, looking for mindful movement she could actually fit into her life. What started as a one-on-one practice grew into something bigger: Tammy bringing the benefits of yoga and breathwork directly to her colleagues through workplace wellness.

That's the thing about this practice. When it lands for you, you want to share it.

Workplace wellness isn't a trend -- it's a recognition that the people showing up to work every day deserve the same care and presence we offer ourselves on the mat. Stress relief. Grounded breathing. A moment to actually arrive before the next meeting begins.

If you're looking for accessible, meaningful movement experiences for your team or workplace community, Lindsay brings the same warmth and expertise she offers every student—right to where you are.

📩 Reach out to explore what a workplace wellness partnership with Visions Incorporated could look like for your organization. The door is open whenever you're ready.

Yoga isn’t about getting it ‘right.’

It’s about being together.

One of my favorite things about teaching Alzheimer’s-friendly chair yoga is that the “little” moments are often the ones that stay with me.

Today, I got a little moment with each of my four students that felt like it needed a permanent spot on the grid❤️

This is what I’m reminded of again and again: yoga doesn’t have to look perfect to be meaningful. It doesn’t require perfect memory, perfect coordination, or even following the instructions exactly as given.

Sometimes yoga is simply showing up.
Sometimes it’s a smile.
Sometimes it’s remembering one little thing.

I’ll take all of it.

This is why I teach 💕
