THE SEND OFF

After returning from my 6 week Europe trip, I had one full day in Chicago to pack my car up... And throw a complete game... Before heading to Knoxville the following morning.

Grateful for the opportunity to have played for Kookaburras Skokie Classics and the MSL Expos earlier this summer. Wishing my teammates the best as they enter post season play soon.

As for me, year 2 at BCA Postgrad as head pitching coach starts today. Looking forward to another year of developing solid men into their next phase of high level baseball 📈

INTERVIEWING TEAM POLAND U23 🇵🇱⚾️

The boys in white and red are getting after it in the U23 Baseball European Championship B-Pool Qualifier Tournament being held in Paderborn, Germany.

7 counties. 1 winner. The champion will move up to play in the 2027 U23 European Championships.

The team has a unique composition of players who played for the Senior team in Wrocław last week, U18 players who played in Italy a few weeks ago, and a remainder of guys getting their first national team games this year.

The team culture and bonding among the players and coaching staff has been fantastic. We are looking forward to a great tournament 🔥

This is a workout that I use on a daily basis during February Fitness Challenge - but I elected to use it today on a hot sunny August day in Germany to get a quick training dose in.
