As 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘆𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲 | 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁™ moves from vision to ex*****on, I am proud to introduce the 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘆𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗴𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲:

Working alongside our broader leadership and the cricket vision and direction led by 𝗝𝗣 𝗗𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘆, 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿, this Committee will help turn strategy into ex*****on across 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀, 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯, 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆, 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀, 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘆𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 in Chicago region.

𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘆𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲, 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁™ has received a 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 from 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗴𝗼 (𝗪𝗕𝗖), the economic development organization 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗴𝗼, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻-𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻.

The timing could not be more significant. 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 to the 𝗢𝗹𝘆𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗟𝗔 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟴 for the first time in 128 years. The 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗜𝗖𝗖 𝗠𝗲𝗻'𝘀 𝗧𝟮𝟬 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗖𝘂𝗽 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 $𝟲𝟭𝟴.𝟰 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗨.𝗦. 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 across three cities in 29 days. 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘆𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲 is building the 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 that makes that kind of impact. Not a one-time event, but a recurring reality for the 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻.

𝗪𝗕𝗖 has included Breybourne in its 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼, a curated platform connecting 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗴𝗼'𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁-𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹.

𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 is home to 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 South Asian diaspora communities in America and 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. With LA 2028 on the horizon and the sport's momentum accelerating, 𝗪𝗕𝗖'𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗴𝗼 𝟮𝟬𝟱𝟬 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘆𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀.
