One of the best parts about Chicago is getting outside in the summer, and we love finding ways to bring our community with us. While we’ll always have our indoor classes running (especially on those hot days), summer is the perfect time to mix things up and take advantage of everything our city has to offer.

Meet Erin 👋
Erin has been part of CTF for over a decade- and that consistency says everything. Year after year, she keeps building a stronger body and an even stronger belief in what she’s capable of, both inside and outside the gym.
“Everything I need is within me.” And with the support of the coaches and her 6am crew, that mindset gets reinforced every single class.

Katia joined CTF in August 2024 and is already 90+ classes in. After stepping away from sports, she found her way back to feeling like an athlete again- building confidence, strength, and momentum in just a few months.
