Reverse Lunge vs. Curtsy Lunge

Reverse Lunge
-Targets Glutes/Quads
-Easier on the knee/lower body
-Main growth area: Gluteus Maximus

Curtsy Lunge
-Targets Glutes/Quads
-Strengthens weakening knees
-Main growth area: Gluteus Minimus

In layman’s terms Reverse Lunges works on that round b***y (cuff) and Curtsy Lunges works on that hour glass figure (hips/side b***y).

There is so many levels to working out your b***y. Get with a trainer and make a plan for your goals💪🏼
