Join New York Life and Grounded Intention for a Free community workshop. We’ll be exploring both the practical and personal sides of financial wellbeing. Learn financial strategies for creating security and abundance while understanding how stress, beliefs, and nervous system patterns influence the way we relate to money and mindset. Followed by a guided movement class with me. Gentle movement to help you reconnect to your body and inner abundance around money.
