We will have sumo training at NuHS in Lombard on Sunday 7/19 from 12-2pm. Newcomers are welcome to join us! Please bring a towel, water, moth guard if you have it. Wear compression shorts or comfortable workout clothes.

We will have sumo training on Sunday June 20 from 12-2pm at NUHS in Lombard. All are welcome to join. Please note that we will have Yama at training so please bring a $20 mat fee.
