I do it to protect what really matters later in the day.

Sure, it’s hard waking up. Of course, I’m tired.
But, if I don’t get it done early, it’s not getting done.

And then it impacts me later.
- I’m less patient
- I’m less present
- I’m more irritable
- I’m not myself.

Working out early helps me feel better, so that I can be better. A better dad. A better husband.
