We hear you when you ask for different class times and new formats. We truly do.
But here's the reality: we can't keep classes based on requests alone, we have to keep them based on attendance.
If there's a class you love, support it. Come consistently. Invite a friend.
Your attendance is your vote.
We don't remove classes because we want to. We remove them because empty spots make it impossible to keep them on the schedule.
Help us build the schedule you want by showing up for it.

As you can see we have full classes today.
Andrew's subbing for Gena's FULL BODY FUSION (fitness class) at 4:30p today and it's completely full (then some) along with a wait list! We ask in instances like this that if you're not going to make it to please early cancel yourself out, you have an hour before class to do that through MindBody.
In the past we've had no shows or people late canceling (shorter than an hour before class) and then all the people on wait list couldn't be let in when they could have.
So please be respectful of our time and others time when booking into classes. Don't be scared to commit haha.
