Dear BTRAINERFITNESS Family,

I want to share an important update with all of you.

Over the next few weeks, we will be transitioning from our class package system to a monthly membership model.

This decision was not made to simply change prices. It was made to protect the quality of the coaching and service that has defined BTRAINERFITNESS for the past 16 years.

At BTRAINERFITNESS, you’re not paying for access to a gym—you are investing in personalized coaching. Every training session is adapted to your goals, your fitness level, your schedule, and even how you feel that day. If you’re dealing with an injury, recovering from pain, or simply not feeling your best, your workout is adjusted so you can continue making progress safely.

This level of personalization requires experience, education, planning, and time. It is the reason our members achieve consistent, long-term results instead of following generic workouts.

The new membership model will also help create greater consistency and commitment, which is one of the most important factors in achieving real results.

Current members will transition to the new system only after they finish their current class package.

Imagine saying you love your children, but then prove it by taking care of yourself. Get healthy, train, and become stronger. Be healthy for your children. Be strong for your children. Make sure they can share great experiences with you—not just receive material things from you.

Loving your children isn’t only about providing for them financially. It’s about being present, having the energy to play with them, travel with them, support them, and create memories together. That’s what loving your children truly means.

This was probably the most challenging HYROX preparation Henry has ever gone through.

We faced two injuries along the way, and because of that, we had to adapt and improvise day after day. Burpees were limited. Sled pulls were limited. Running was limited. We had to modify Zone 4 training, Zone 2 training, and even strength sessions. Almost every aspect of the preparation required adjustments.

Only during the last 4–5 weeks were we finally able to train consistently and without major limitations.

It was a difficult process, but one thing stood out: neither the coach nor the athlete gave up. We always believed Henry could perform well, but considering the circumstances, we never expected the outcome to be this good.

We were hoping for a 1:50 finish. He crossed the line in 1:35.

Discipline matters. Consistency matters. But above all, never giving up is what makes the difference.
