I used to pass by this reservoir every day on my way to elementary school; seeing this after more than twenty years brings back memories of my school days.
The flooding has wreaked havoc on multiple counties, causing power outages and leaving people stranded on the second floor without food or water, as the floodwaters rose more than two meters deep, completely submerging the ground floors. My family‘s ground floor is gone, but thankfully, everyone is safe!
