These emails are fraudulent.

They have no connection whatsoever to St. Barnabas Parish or Fr. Brendan Fitzgerald, and neither the parish nor Fr. Brendan is requesting money through these messages.

Please do not send money, purchase gift cards, click suspicious links, or provide any personal or financial information in response to these emails.

We ask everyone to please share this warning immediately with family, friends, parishioners, and members of our community so we can help prevent anyone from becoming a victim.

Please be vigilant and help spread the word

Another fabulous hike yesterday as we hit the trails in Harriman State Park. A huge thank you to all that joined us. It’s always great to see some new faces along with our regular band of warriors. We finished up with a great lunch at Characters in Sloatsburg. Stay tuned for our next hike and upcoming events ⛰️🥾💪

Our tough group of 8 had another fabulous hike on Sunday. This time we hiked Wittenberg mountain near Phoenicia. This was not for the faint of heart. Lots of elevation gain and scrambles but the payoff was worth it with gorgeous views. We finished up with a lunch at Woodstock Brewery 💪🥾⛰️

However, the payoff will be worth the effort. Be prepared for a serious day out. A good level of fitness and hiking experience is required for this one 🥾
