We strive to provide a family oriented atmosphere while teaching the Art of American Kenpo. The Art provides very real self defense for the very real world. It is our mission to help every single person and family that comes through our doors. Whether you are looking for self defense, a way to get moving, some self confidence and/or discipline, we will provide you with the tools to meet those goals. It takes commitment, effort, and most of all hard work.

If you compete for ALMA now, or you’ve even been thinking about stepping into the tournament world,
**August 29th at 9:00 AM is a meeting you do NOT want to miss.**
We’re talking travel, tournaments, advanced training, fundraising, and some pretty big opportunities ahead.
Current Competition Team members: **you need to be there.**
Potential competitors: **this is your chance to see what’s coming and how to get involved.**
The first fundraiser is already a GO, and we’re working to make competing and traveling more affordable for our families.

This weekend our team is traveling to California to test their skills in competition. Because of this, the school will be closed starting tomorrow. Thank you for supporting our students as they represent American Legacy. We’ll be back on the mats ready to train when we return on August 5th. 🖤👊🏻💛
