Rust Bucket Racing

Well I’m a few days late but Gage was in town for the week and we had a blast at Batesville Motorspeedway. He he got second in Fridays heat and then tried to win the main on lap 1 and junked the Grand Prix so we stayed up most of the night building a Mustang for Saturday. We showed up a few minutes too late for hot laps so the first laps in the car were in the heat, but he kept the car clean and finished 3rd. Started 6th in the main and got pushed up into the wall and getting a flat after making up a few spots. We got the tire changed under a red flag and made it back right as they threw the green. Gage was ripping and making up tons of spots but got came down on and got another flat right front and ended up finishing 12th with a flat. Could have had better finishes but we had a blast being at the track again and at least dad ended up with a faster race car😂
