We offer Girls & Boys Gymnastics, Preschool Gymnastics, Parent-Child Classes, Tumbling Classes, and American Ninja Warrior Obstacles. We also provide Sports Performance Training, BioDensity & Power Plate, Private Lessons, Birthday Parties, Summer Camps, Open Gyms & more! We are at 140 Long Road in Chesterfield 63005 and 54 The Legends Parkway, Eureka 63025. Also, our Trampoline Academy (located 17732 Edison Ave 63005) offers Trampoline Classes, Open Gyms, and Birthdays!

We pack a lot into our parties at Hi-NRG, from non-stop movement on our tumble tracks, bouncing away on our inflatables, to dedicated celebration time with friends and family in our party area. We'll handle set up and take down and keep the kids movin' the whole time!
