Introducing our newest class, *Tiny Bouncers* 🎉🎉
Tiny Bouncers is a high-energy, confidence-building class designed especially for children ages 4–7 who are ready to jump, roll, and explore movement in a fun and supportive environment. This program introduces young athletes to the foundational skills of both diving and gymnastics.
In this class, children will learn fundamental gymnastics skills such as forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstand progressions, bridges, basic jumps, and safe landing techniques as well as beginner diving concepts including proper takeoff techniques, tuck and pike shapes, and basic jumps taught on dry land equipment.
Join us this summer or plan ahead for this fall 🤸🏽♀️
