Summer feels in full swing, with the cicadas starting to sing their daily rhythmic song.
And we thought this would be a great time to focus in on developing a mission statement for our studio, and for the work we're doing with our clients and community. While the earth is in growth-mode, so are we...growing in our practice and our focus. We hope this resonates with you, and helps you to know what we value here at Toes.

In a world that often asks us to move faster, do more, and stay constantly connected, our nervous systems can become overwhelmed, depleted, or stuck in patterns of stress and reactivity.
Regulate and Restore is a three week trauma-informed yoga series designed to help you better understand and support your nervous system through accessible movement, breath practices, somatic awareness and guided relaxation. Each class offers practical tools to help cultivate a better sense of grounding, resilience and ease---both on and off the mat.
Together, we'll explore how the body responds to stress, how to recognize signs of dysregulation, and how simple, sustainable practices can support balance and well-being. This is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and develop a personalized toolkit for nervous system care.
