Let me tell you about Kristen. π©βπ
Kristen is a wife, mom of 2 little boys, and interior designer working full time for a local home builder. Let's just say, she has her hands full. π
It would be so easy for Kristen to push fitness to the back burner. But she didn't! She coordinated a plan with her husband that allows her to workout 2-3 times per week, waking up early to get it done while hubs tackles the kids! She knows what she wants, and she has the drive to see this through.
Kristen - your energy and spirit is contagious! We are so, so happy to have you in the family!

A picture really is worth 1,000 words! π€―
Meet Eileen! Mother, Wife, Doctor, and long-time CrossFitter. Eileen's enthusiasm for sport, fitness and wellness began during her days as gymnast and cheerleader for the University of Tennessee. She walks the walks and talks the talk! But like us all - she's human. She goes through seasons of ups and downs. What's so beautiful about Eileen is her ability to recognize when she's "off" and the work that needs to be done to get back on track.
January of 2025, Eileen noticed a change. Not just in the way her clothes were fitting, but also in her performance at the gym and energy throughout the day. She didn't recognize herself. She was showing up every day to the gym, putting in the work! So it was clear that the missing piece was in the kitchen. π₯
Fast forward 18 months and Eileen is down 13 lbs, down 5.9% body fat, and has maintained every ounce of muscle she worked so hard to build!
We asked Eileen how she feels now and she said, "I feel GREAT! I love that my pants don't squeeze me in the middle." π
Change takes time. But if you keep doing the right things and showing up every day for yourself, it can and WILL happen!

Let me tell ya about Jordan!
Jordan is insanely athletic and is a stud on the ultimate frisbee course. However, he has felt like his power, strength and endurance has started to dip slightly these past few years. Here's what Jordan didn't do... sit around and cry about it. π Here's what he DID do... schedule a No Sweat Intro to discuss his goals and which type of fitness training is best suited to get him back to peak performance!
