Kristen is a wife, mom of 2 little boys, and interior designer working full time for a local home builder. Let's just say, she has her hands full. 😜

It would be so easy for Kristen to push fitness to the back burner. But she didn't! She coordinated a plan with her husband that allows her to workout 2-3 times per week, waking up early to get it done while hubs tackles the kids! She knows what she wants, and she has the drive to see this through.

🚨 FIRST PULL-UP ALERT! 🚨

Let’s talk about commitment, consistency, and absolutely crushing goals.

After the CrossFit Open earlier this year, Abigaile set her sights on a major milestone: her very first pull-up. She didn't just wish for it; she put in the work. Week after week, she stayed late, hit her accessory homework, and stayed dialed in.
And guess what? SHE DID IT! πŸ™ŒπŸ”₯

Abigaile is 40 years old, a wife, and a mom to three teenagers (which is a workout in itself!). It would be incredibly easy for her to say she’s "too busy," or that her window for learning high-skill gymnastics has passed.

Instead, she proved exactly what we preach every day at Whitebelt Athletics: you are never too old, too busy, or too far along to build new strength.

To every woman, every parent, and anyone who thinks their best athletic days are behind them, let Abigaile be your proof. Age is just a number, and consistency always wins.

Our Kids Fitness classes are designed to feel like play, but every game has a purpose. As they run, jump, climb, hang, balance, and laugh with their friends, they're also learning proper movement mechanics from experienced coaches.

By introducing movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, broad jumps, and more at an early age, we're helping kids become strong, coordinated, and confident movers for whatever sport, or life, throws their way.

The best part? They leave asking, "When do we get to come back?" And that's exactly how we believe fitness should begin. πŸ’ͺπŸ€Έβ€β™‚οΈπŸŽ‰

A picture really is worth 1,000 words! 🀯

Meet Eileen! Mother, Wife, Doctor, and long-time CrossFitter. Eileen's enthusiasm for sport, fitness and wellness began during her days as gymnast and cheerleader for the University of Tennessee. She walks the walks and talks the talk! But like us all - she's human. She goes through seasons of ups and downs. What's so beautiful about Eileen is her ability to recognize when she's "off" and the work that needs to be done to get back on track.

January of 2025, Eileen noticed a change. Not just in the way her clothes were fitting, but also in her performance at the gym and energy throughout the day. She didn't recognize herself. She was showing up every day to the gym, putting in the work! So it was clear that the missing piece was in the kitchen. πŸ₯’

Fast forward 18 months and Eileen is down 13 lbs, down 5.9% body fat, and has maintained every ounce of muscle she worked so hard to build!

Our Middle & High School Strength Program helps young athletes get stronger, move better, and build confidence that carries over into every sport they play.

Every session is coach-led with a focus on proper technique, safe lifting mechanics, and age-appropriate training. They learn foundational movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, and jumps while developing strength, power, and resilience.

We're not just building better athletes. We're helping build confident, capable young adults. πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈπŸˆβš½πŸ€

Jordan is insanely athletic and is a stud on the ultimate frisbee course. However, he has felt like his power, strength and endurance has started to dip slightly these past few years.
