New equipment alert!

The StairMaster is officially here and we know you are going to love it!

To make sure everyone gets a chance to use it, when a fellow member is waiting, please keep your session to 30 minutes and give them a heads up on how much time you have left.

We are all here to crush our goals together!

The best workouts are the ones you share with the people you love. Think of someone who keeps saying they want to get back into a routine; send this their way. A free month for them, a free month for you. It doesn't get easier than that.

Say hello to our brand new StairMaster, now available in the workout area for all members to enjoy.

As with all popular equipment, we ask that members be mindful of others. When someone is waiting, please limit your StairMaster time to 30 minutes and let them know how much longer you have. A little communication goes a long way in keeping our fitness floor a welcoming space for everyone.

Thank you for being a considerate part of our community!
