Quick reminder to bring your Hybrid MMA Gloves to H8L From 7/13 to 7/19. we'll be training, drilling, practicing, etc with the small gloves for the entire week. For those that know, you know! For those that do not have any hybrid gloves trust we got you covered/have a few pairs left.

Coach Arnold Narzo of Kalis Ilustrisimo Repetición Orihinal (KIRO) G**o Viko Perrine Narzo Arnold put on an amazing seminar!!! This did not disappoint! Great demonstrations, explanations and guidance involving techniques including but not limited to Sticks, Single & Double Blades, Swords and Daggers. Not to mention a great introduction to the many different angles used in Filipino Martial Arts.

We are certainly looking forward to the next Kalis Ilustrisimo Workshops/Seminars

The Action Barbie brings home the Gold Medal in Kickboxing!!

The First Lady of the H8L" Tori W aka
"Action Barbie" is currently competing in the 2026 Valencia Gay Games!! After competing in Wrestling, bringing home the Silver Medal and now Full Contract Kickboxing where she has now won the Gold Medal. She absolutely honored the Art of Eight Limbs and The House of Eight Limbs on the world stage. Congratulations to The Action Barbie on your success. We look forward to having you back at the gym coaching and continuing to build our LGBTQ+ community one strike at a time to H8L and The Pink Gloves Club

"Action Barbie" is currently competing in the 2026 Valencia Gay Games!! After competing in wrestling She'll next be competing in Full Contract Kickboxing. We are absolutely honored to be able to have a representative of the Art of Eight Limbs, The House of Eight Limbs and a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community competing in Valencia.

She'll be bringing more medals and accomplishments to not only H8L and The Pink Gloves Club
The Pink Gloves Club Girls Gone PGC and continues to provide a safe space in a community driven training atmosphere for all women. Let's wish The Action Barbie good luck as she goes for the good in the gay games.

Thank you to everyone who was able to attend the MMA Striking Workshop at Xcal XCAL Shooting Sports & Fitness in Ashburn VA this past Saturday. Huge shout-out to Jay Johnson Jay Johnson and his incredible crew of strikers who all came out for 3hrs of MMA focused striking drills, conditioning, submission/grappling work! This will definitely be remembered for years to come. Once again thank you J.Johnson and Xcal for hosting us again. H8L will be announcing more workshops/seminars shortly. As Arjarn Tai and the rest of the coaches will be doing an MMA Striking workshop at Xcal Sports Shooting & Fitness in Ashburn VA. XCAL Shooting Sports
3hrs of comprehensive instruction and drills covering Ground/Pound, Strikes into Takedowns, Clinch Fighting against the Cage, Strikes into Submissions, MMA Based Partner Drills, Wrestling Drills and more. If you're in the Ashburn area feel free to stop into Xcal. This is H8L's second workshop at this facility and we're looking to continue providing more and more workshops throughout the remainder of the year. Daily training schedules remain the same for the remainder of the week and weekend. Friday's Pink Gloves Club, Friday Night Movement/Groovement and Sunday FUNday are all still regularly scheduled as normal.
