Please remember that your yearly dues must be paid in full before you can register for a time slot and gain access to the pool. Your timely payment ensures a smooth registration process and uninterrupted access to the pool. If you need to make a payment, please contact Sharon Miller at [email protected] to send in your final payments.

Please note that we will change the times and days of lap swim/aqua jogging over the next few weeks based on the facilitator's schedule and the pool's availability. Beginning the second week of June, we will do our best to maintain a consistent schedule throughout the summer. Please note that weather and pool conditions may affect the days. Make sure you add your contact information correctly to the sign-up in case the need to cancel arises.

🚴🏊 Volunteers Needed for the Cameron Wood Kids Duathlon! 🏃

We really need your help to make the Cameron Wood Kids Duathlon on Saturday, August 1 a success!

This event simply can’t happen without the support of our amazing volunteers. We need help with course safety, setup, timing, cleanup, and cheering on our young athletes throughout the morning.

Even if you can spare just one hour, your time will make a huge difference. Every volunteer helps us provide a fun, safe, and memorable event for the kids.

🇺🇸 What an incredible Fourth of July at the Cameron Wood Swim and Racquet Club pool! ❤️🤍💙

A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered their time today to help make our Fourth of July celebration such a success. From setting up and running activities to helping everything stay organized throughout the day, we truly couldn’t have done it without you.

A very special thank you to John West for serving as our Master of Ceremonies and keeping the day’s events running smoothly and on schedule. Your energy and enthusiasm helped make the celebration even more enjoyable!

A big thank you as well to our amazing concession stand staff, who kept everyone fed and refreshed throughout the day, and to our lifeguards, who worked tirelessly to keep our pools safe while so many families enjoyed the holiday. We truly appreciate your hard work and dedication.

Congratulations to everyone who won gift cards, gift certificates, and other prizes—we hope you enjoy them! More importantly, we hope everyone had a great time participating in all of the activities, making memories with family and friends, and celebrating together as a community.

Thank you for helping make the Cameron Wood Swim & Racquet Club such a fun, welcoming place to spend the Fourth of July. We truly appreciate everyone who volunteered, participated, and helped create such a memorable day for our members and guests.

🇺🇸 Lost & Found Notice

We’ve officially run out of room, so we’re about one bad decision away from hosting the First Annual Cameron Wood Lost & Found Auction. 😄

Since you’ll already be at the pool tomorrow celebrating the Fourth of July, take a minute to stop by the clubhouse and see if any of the towels, water bottles, goggles, sunglasses, T-shirts, or flip-flops belong to you.

Help us clear out the Lost & Found before we have to “auction it off”… a.k.a. donate it to a worthy cause. 😉 Any items still unclaimed after the holiday will be donated.

🇺🇸 4th of July Pool Celebration Reminder 🇺🇸

We’re looking forward to celebrating with everyone tomorrow! Please help us make it a fun and safe day for all members by keeping the following in mind:

• 🚫 No floats or inflatables will be permitted in the pool tomorrow due to the holiday and the increased number of guests expected throughout the day.
• 🚫 No glass containers are permitted anywhere in the pool area.
• 🪑 Please do not save tables, lounge chairs, or other seating for people who are not currently at the pool.
• ⚽ No hard balls are permitted in the pool area.
• 👥 Guest passes are $5 per guest.
• 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Because the pool will be especially busy tomorrow, parents and guardians are reminded to keep a watchful eye on their children at all times.
• 🚗 The parking lot by the playground will close at 5:00 PM to accommodate the food trucks.
• 🍔 Our concession stand will be serving hamburgers, hot dogs, and all of your favorite concession snacks and drinks.
• 🕗 The pool will close at 8:00 PM in preparation for the HOA-sponsored Fourth of July fireworks show.
• 🎉 Be sure to check the event flyer for the full schedule of games, contests, giveaways, and activities throughout the day.
