States was full of PRs and medals from our athletes-
Khayla- double State Champion
Genaya - Bronze medalist 100m
Enjoneah Bronze medalist SP
Myles Bronze medalist 400M

Regionals 5 events- 3 Champions, 2 runner ups, 1 3rd place. 3PRs

yes 8 months ago a kid came to us running 24.82 (200m), yes slow I had many girls run faster lol. Today he ran 22.75 !!!! yes next year we running 21s--- Oh yes the PAC training once again!!!

We don't post much about our Independent/Private school kids but they are improving tremendously. We currently have 2 Juniors who are preparing for conference this week and they are so ready- One has already run a 48 sec 400m !!! and the other has dropped his 200 PR by 1.8 seconds!!!
Yes we do work at PAC no matter which level you compete at..
