I’ve had sooo much going on with moving that my solo workouts outside of me teaching or taking a class has been non-existent.
Yesterday I diligently re-started a program that I know works for me & of course took pics so I can track my progress. The IRONY is, the pic on the left popped up in my TODAY from last year with THE SAME OUTFIT! 🤦🏾♀️🤣
What was dope was in my mind, I had gotten waaayy off track thinking I was worst then the pic a year ago. (Before I saw it) Putting this together showed me otherwise. I swear everyday I’m realizing that old version of me is GONE! It was always helpful because it was proof that what I’ve been doing for the last year is working.
Do you take pics to track your progress? If so do you put them together? Having a visual & not just the number on the scale or tape can yield you better & more refined results! 🙌🏾💪🏾

We literally were trying to figure out for WEEKS what people were calling about. Well last week (this was stuck in my darn drafts..🤦🏾♀️🤣) we found out! 🙌🏾

I’ve taught almost every fitness format over the last 10 years. This is how I felt teaching MINE The Muse Experience, for the very first time! 🤩🙌🏾
Over the years I realized I have no problem being in a box & growing someone else’s “baby” but it’s equally as amazing to realize you have your own baby to birth & change lives with!
Thank you soooo much for every participant who took the time to dance & share energy with me during the Muse session at GAINS Fit Retreat. I appreciate each of you!
