Dance2Fit - LIT with Ashley

📢CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT📢

Sometimes, even the things we love most need to make room for a new season. ❤️
After a lot of thought (and definitely some emotion 🥹), I've made the decision to cancel my Dance2Fit-LIT classes for the remainder of August and take a little pause.
This community means more to me than I could ever put into words. The dancing, the laughter, the friendships, the sweat, the hugs, and all of the memories we've made together have brought me SO much joy. 💃❤️
But sometimes life asks us to shift our focus for a season, and right now, that's what I need to do. This is not, goodbye...for now consider this our little intermission. 😉
While we're on intermission, PLEASE KEEP MOVING! There are so many wonderful classes and instructors in our area, so get out there, try something new, support them, and keep doing something that makes your body AND your heart feel good. Movement is medicine, and I expect you to keep moving even when I'm not there counting out those eight!😂

Thank you for dancing with me, supporting me, sweating with me, laughing with me, and making this little dream of mine, something so incredibly special.
We'll dance again! Until then, keep moving, keep dancing, and keep taking care of YOU.

This class was introduced last month by Jessica James, founder of Dance2Fit, and I have completely fallen in love with it! 💃 A huge thank you to Jessica and her son Jordan for bringing this fun new format to all of us. Trust me...this class is an absolute BLAST! Expect high energy, incredible music, lots of laughs!

Just a quick update! I will be taking a short break from classes for the rest of this month due to my schedule and a much needed vacation! 🌴✨

Thank you all for your continued love and support. I can't wait to come back refreshed, recharged, and ready to dance with each of you again!
In the meantime, be sure to keep checking this page, as I may be able to add a few surprise pop-up classes throughout the month if my schedule allows! 💃✨
