The jury also found him guilty Monday of indecent exposure involving an incident with a 58-year-old woman who was gardening in her front yard. That is a considered a misdemeanor. Winslow was also found guilty on a lewd conduct misdemeanor involving an incident with a 78-year-old woman in a health club in March 2019. He was found not guilty on another lewd conduct charge involving that same woman.
Winslow, 35, is now a convicted ra**st and is still awaiting additional verdicts. He was charged on 12 counts, including seven felonies. The jurors said they were deadlocked on the remaining charges.
Winslow is the son of Kellen Winslow Sr., an NFL Hall of Fame tight end who remains a beloved figure in the San Diego area. In the 1980s, the elder Winslow established the mold for todayβs elite tight ends with his downfield pass-catching prowess as a centerpiece of innovative Chargers coach Don Coryellβs aerial attack.
Winslow was drafted by the Cleveland Browns with the sixth overall pick in the 2004 NFL Draft. He also played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Seattle Seahawks, New England Patriots, and New York Jets.

The commissioner on Monday reiterated his stance of wanting to reduce the preseason schedule at a time when the league and players' association have begun preliminary talks on a new collective bargaining agreement.
π¨π : "I feel what we should be doing is always to the highest quality & I'm not sure preseason games meet that level right now," Goodell said, while participating in Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly's 33rd charity golf tournament outside of Buffalo, New York.
"I'm not sure, talking with coaches, that four preseason games is necessary anymore to get ready for a season to evaluate players, develop players," he added. "There are other ways of doing that, and we've had a lot of discussions about that."π¨π
Without revealing any details, Goodell called it "the best sign" that the league & union have already had discussions some 21 months before the CBA expires following the 2020 season.
Goddell scheduled several conference calls with coaches conference calls with coaches this week to go over a proposal to expand replay reviews & allow the coaches to challenge pass-interference calls in the final two minutes. And I'm sure there's many more topics on the table. Time will tell what Goddell & the league decides.
