2026 NCAA CHAMPION at 141 lbs, Sergio Vega of Oklahoma State! He is the first undefeated True Freshman NCAA Champion since 1947!

Lowell Lange of Cornell College was the last guy to do this in 1947. Oddly enough, Lowell is my distant cousin! My great grandma was a Lange and I want to say her and him were first or second cousins. Small world.

Sergio is my personal favorite wrestler in all of NCAA Wrestling right now and has been since the National Duals. His style is uniquely innovative.

Sergio Vega; Sunnyside High School (AZ)/Oklahoma State

In HS, Sergio was a 4X Arizona HS State Wrestling Champion for Sunnyside High School in Tucson, Arizona. He also won a Junior National title, a "Who's Number One" championship and a Super 32 championship in HS!! He finished with a career record of 140-2!

Sergio was also trained by his father, Dan Vega Sr. who is the vice president and coach of the Tucson Cyclones Wrestling and Fitness Club as well as his older brother, Danny Vega Jr. Dan Sr. was a 3X Arizona HS State Wrestling Champion for Sunnyside HS ‘94 himself. Danny Jr. won three state titles as well at Ironwood Ridge HS and wrestled collegiately for Iowa State and South Dakota State.

The Sunnyside High School great and four-time state champion has added another milestone to her historic career, capturing her first collegiate National Championship at Lehigh!

Audrey dominated the inaugural NCAA NC Women’s Wrestling Championships in Coralville, Iowa, winning the 110-pound title by fall in just 1:10 over Grand Valley State’s Sage Mortimer. She finished the season a perfect 23-0 as the tournament’s No. 1 seed 💪

From Blue Devil dominance to national greatness, Audrey continues to set the standard for excellence.

Flash back Friday .fpage funny back story right right before this picture happened cruz called out face to face in Tuc town AZ. Right in the parking amphitheater. This was before they were set to fight on the UFC card. They had us nervous but Henry said it was the fighters night (the fighters they cornered) and to let them enjoy it and left it at that We all knew each other from training camps, and different gyms and the fight world so we were comfortable enough to be around each other but that’s how we do in Tucson AZ you get Called out to scrap don’t matter where and Doms from Tucson AZ so that’s just how it is.
