The 2026 Mountainbrook Swim Team Season has come to a close! Thank you to our coaches, parents, and to all of you who volunteered at the meets and events - many of you went above and beyond your requirements, and we are so very grateful!

The summer swim team is such a meaningful and fun tradition for the Mountainbrook Club community. Thank you for allowing your children to be a part of the team and supporting their love of swimming!

Summer camp is off to a great start! There are still openings for all weeks and daily drop-ins - email [email protected] to reserve your child’s spot!

The pool will open for the 2026 summer season on Saturday, May 23, 2026! Saturday, Kona Ice will be parked at the pool with ice cones for purchase. Monday, Thrasher Dogs will be set up selling hot dogs and brats.

Summer camp is back! Campers ages 5 and up will enjoy morning tennis instruction and fun games taught by our MB pros and assistants, followed by lunch and pool time. Campers will be divided into 2 groups. Group 1 is 10u campers who will play orange ball. Group 2 is our Futures (10 and up). On court will be from 830-11a. From 11a-1p campers will participate in off court activities, along with swim and lunch time.

We are excited to announce that our new pro, Aissa Benchakroun, will be starting next week! Aissa, a native of Morocco, competed nationally and internationally throughout a successful 10-year junior career. He continued to pursue high-level tennis and, three years later, reached a ranking of 137th and earning selection to represent the Moroccan National Team in the Davis Cup. His coaching career began at the La Mamounia, and continued at South Carolina State and Hampton, where he developed his skills working with players of different ages and levels.

Aissa is excited to join Mountainbrook and believes his adaptability, passion for coaching, and competitive experience will help players of all ages enjoy the game while achieving their individual goals.

King of Pops - this Saturday (4/25) from 10am-12pm

Join us at the tennis gazebo this Saturday, April 25th, from 10 AM to 12 PM to celebrate the arrival of spring and warmer weather! Enjoy a complimentary King of Pops popsicle—one per member. We look forward to seeing you there!

We will have our annual adults-only spring party at Legion Brewing this Saturday, March 21 at 5610 Carnegie Blvd. The upstairs is reserved at 6:00 p.m., food and drinks provided, and the NCAA basketball games on the tvs. See you there!

Spend Valentine’s Day playing tennis at the Mountainbrook courts with your child! It will be a fun afternoon of friendly competition, prizes, snacks and drinks.

Who: One parent and one child (age 8 and up with some tennis experience; older children encouraged as well!)

Our 2026 Annual Meeting will be held jointly with the Mountainbrook Civic Association on Monday, January 26, 2026 from 6-8p at the Hampton Inn Phillips Place (6700 Phillips Place Ct, 28210). The Civic Association will present first, starting at 6p, followed by the Swim & Racquet Club, starting around 7p. Light refreshments will be served.
