Calling all stylish pups and dogs. If you’ve ever dreamed of strutting your stuff on the runway, now’s your chance! On July 20, 2024, Charlotte Seen is hosting the fabulous “Let’s Flamingle” summer fashion show, and they’re inviting our furry friends to join in the fun.

How to Get Your Dog on the Runway:

Email: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Haute Dogs in the City.”

Include:

Your dog’s name

Your email address

Your phone number

A photo of your dog (because every supermodel needs a headshot, right?)

Whether your pup is a seasoned model or a first-time walker, this event promises glitz, glamour, and tail-wagging excitement. Don’t miss out—reserve your spot and let your dog’s inner diva shine!

Calling all aspiring models!

Join us for the CHARLOTTE SEEN Model Casting for Charlotte Fashion Week and the 2024 Runway Shows. Here are the details:

Date: May 19, 2024

Time: 1:00 to 3:00 pm

Location: Paul Mitchell School, 1516 Elizabeth Ave, Charlotte, NC 28204

No registration fees, no membership fees, and no model fees apply. Don’t miss this opportunity to strut your stuff on the runway! 🌟

Complete your model registration before the casting. To apply, visit Charlotte Seen’s website, click on the “Get Involved” button, and fill out the model application. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to Rita at [email protected] (reference: Model). In your email, include your name, email address, phone number, a full-body photo, and your social media handle.

What to wear to a Model Casting:

Female/Girl Models: Wear all black attire and black heels/shoes. Keep your makeup natural, nails natural or with natural polish, and if wearing open-toe shoes, a fresh pedicure with natural polish is recommended.

Male/Boy Models: Attend clean and well-groomed.

Modeling Audition Tips:

Do Your Research: Watch videos on runway walks.

Walk with Confidence: Keep your back straight, core tight, and arms relaxed. Swing your arms slightly as you walk.

Pose at the End: Pause at the end of the runway for at least 3 seconds (but not more than 6 seconds).

Dress the Part: Arrive dressed in black form-fitted clothing, black leggings, black skinny jeans, or a black tank/t-shirt. Wear a good pair of black shoes (male models) or black/nude heels (female models).

Be Ready to Take Direction and always be polite.

Most importantly, have fun and enjoy the journey!
