June Classes start Tuesday evening. Jim and Mich are teaching two different class series - a Beginner Level swing dancing series at 7pm and an Intermediate Level swing dancing series at 8:15. April Classes Start Tuesday night. We have 2 great series for dancers who have taken a class or two and want to spice up their dancing. One of our most requested classes, Solo Jazz, will be offered at 7pm, and Don will also teach a class on Musicality at 8:15. No partner required, but students must already have a basic understanding of 6 or 8 count swing, since no basic steps will be taught.

Our friends The Jive Aces are performing in Charlotte this Tuesday at Middle C Jazz Club uptown.

Renowned worldwide for their high-energy spectacular showmanship, their viral video “Bring Me Sunshine”, and for being the first live band to reach the final rounds of Britain’s Got Talent, the Jive Aces have firmly established themselves the UK’s No. 1 Jive & Swing band. The in-demand sextet averages 300 shows a year and have worked with Van Morrison, Keely Smith and performed for Her Majesty the Queen.
