We incorporate a lot of core and glute strengthening exercises into our workouts and for good reason!
Your core and glutes work together as a kinetic chain to provide stability, balance, strength, and support for everyday movement. The core helps stabilize the spine and maintain posture, while the glutes stabilize the hips and generate power.
By strengthening these key muscle groups, you build a strong foundation for better movement, helping you feel stronger and more confident both inside and outside the gym. 💪🔥
