At 56, Dave Bautista has unveiled a leaner, 240-pound physique — his lightest weight since age 19 — after he shed 75 pounds.
Instead of chasing heavy lifts, the former WWE champion embraced boxing, cycling, martial arts, and other cardio-heavy training that kept him moving well and injury-free.
With mostly a PLANT-BASER DIET, with occasional fish and eggs, fueled his transformation while boosting energy and mobility‼️
His approach focuses on longevity, enjoyment, and feeling strong — a shift that’s as much about changing his mindset as it is about muscle.

YES you can build lean, athletic, strong, and sustainable muscle while NOT eating meat! I'm powered by plants (and Omega-3s). And YES, you can do it over 50. I'm 53.
Change starts with your mind. We exist on 3 Planes: The Physical, The Mental, and The Spiritual. So this post is for someone out there that needs to know or be reminded what is possible. Now let's get after it!

It was an honor to be at the movie documentary premiere for an incredible soul! I consider myself privileged to train athletes, and especially to work with yet it has been an honor to be part of the strength & conditioning team for . He was my very first para-athlete who participated in high level Adaptive Sports. The movie of his life, his journey, his struggle with the darkness, and overcoming to once again find a life's purpose! I'll keep you all posted when the movie drops on all streaming platforms.
