On the CoreFORMER we can use either a light or heavy spring load for ⓢⓠⓤⓐⓣⓢ - this exercise is great for strengthening not only glutes 🍑 but hamstrings, quads, and even calves as well. To keep a stabilized spine in a squat, you also engage your abdominal and back muscles 💪🏼 - and squats strengthen supporting ligaments and tendons around your knees and hips which can help improve joint mobility, and protect from injury ✔️ comment below ⬇️ whether you like double ✌🏼 leg or single ☝🏼 leg squat moves best
