Word of the Month: Développé
This month, we're focusing on Développé – a beautiful and graceful movement that’s all about control and extension. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned dancer, it's the perfect time to work on developing that fluid line and building strength!
Développé (French for "develop") refers to the action of slowly unfolding the leg from a bent position to an extended one. It’s all about precision, balance, and elegance.
Ready to take your dancing to the next level? Join us in class and let's develop our technique together!

Spotlight on Pointe!
Pointe is one of the most iconic and elegant forms of ballet — combining strength, control, and artistry to create the illusion of effortless movement.
This advanced ballet technique requires a solid foundation, proper alignment, and consistent training. Dancers must be physically ready and technically prepared before stepping into pointe shoes.
We offer a pointe class by teacher approval, designed to support dancers as they safely and confidently progress in their training.

Dancer of the Month: Suzanne Farrell
Today, we celebrate the iconic Suzanne Farrell — born on this day, August 16 — as our August Dancer of the Month!
Known for her ethereal presence and musicality, Suzanne Farrell was one of the most influential ballerinas of the 20th century. As the muse of legendary choreographer George Balanchine, she originated roles in dozens of his works and redefined what it meant to be a classical dancer with freedom, strength, and individuality.
Farrell danced with New York City Ballet and later founded her own company, continuing to share her artistry through teaching and staging Balanchine’s ballets around the world.
A true icon of inspiration, Suzanne Farrell reminds us how deeply movement can express the soul.
