Yesterday showed exactly what the Jets organization is built on — family. Old Jets, current Jets, coaches, and parents all stood together as one to honor Coach Hall’s life and legacy.

This program has always been bigger than basketball. It’s about brothers, memories, and the kind of impact that lasts far beyond the court. Coach Hall poured into us, and yesterday we showed up as the family he helped build.

With Heavy Hearts, We Announce the Passing of Coach Rodrick Hall

Today, the Charlotte Jets family mourns the loss of one of our own — Coach Rodrick Hall.

A mentor, a leader, and a man who poured himself into every young person he encountered, Coach Hall gave his time, energy, and heart to this program. He was more than a coach — he was a father figure, a role model, and a steady voice of encouragement who believed in his players even when they struggled to believe in themselves.

His impact reaches far beyond the court. The lessons he taught, the confidence he built, and the love he showed will continue to live on through every life he shaped. His legacy is woven into the foundation of the Charlotte Jets.

We ask that you keep his family, loved ones, players, and fellow coaches in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
