Mike is a Wreckage OG who recently hit this incredible milestone!
He never lets his insane work schedule/hours as an MD get the best of him or his fitness! He is living proof that true health and fitness and progress takes commitment, discipline, and a willingness to do that hard things!
This milestone isn’t just about workouts. It’s about putting in the work to be the best version of yourself, for not only you but your family and those you love!

🔥50+ CLASSES STRONG and only getting STRONGER🔥
Rishi and Preksha started here at Wreckage with us at the beginning of the year and now this power couple has hit another big milestone of over 50 classes at CrossFit Wreckage!
They bring so much great energy and personality to our 5:30 pm class! We love having them as part of our gym family!
They continue to show up and put in the work, proving that effort and consistency pay off!
It has been incredible to see them grow as athletes and to see how far they have come!
Cheers to many more PR’s and many more wins in and out of the gym!

Today we celebrate the strength, dedication, and heart you bring both inside and outside of the gym. From early mornings and late nights to PRs. From school/daycare runs to getting in that workout with the little time you had. From all the stresses and blessings that each new day brings— you continue to show what real strength and love looks like every single day.
Thank you for inspiring our community with your resilience, hard work, grace and love. We’re proud to have such incredible mothers as part of the Wreckage family.
