My dear friend and passionate teacher Vidya Murlidhar is offering this fantastic opportunity to students and parents.
Vidya is a creative writing mentor, and certified conscious parenting and breathwork coach dedicated to nurturing creativity, self-expression and the power of connection. Since 2017 she has been guiding children and families to build emotional awareness and creative confidence.
She has developed Calm is a Skill workshop, to help High Schoolers build calm, focus, and confidence and gain practical tools for emotional regulation that will help them thrive and succeed in the college years and beyond -
They will walk away with:�• Quick breath exercises�• Gentle vagus nerve resets�• Tools to stop overthinking�• Tiny action steps that build confidence
