Woods at Coulwood HOA

Neighbors,

I received an email from a resident about people walking around the neighborhood with a baseball bat, possible scoping out homes during the day. One home was broken in and the police have been doing an investigation. As of this time it is not known if the people have been caught. Please be aware of the following information:

Black Female (around 30-40 years old) and possible two white males (around mid to late teens looking) walking in our neighborhood with a baseball bat.

Have other residence be on the look out for any suspicious activity, call the police, and email me to do a email blast to keep all neighbors informed about these situations.

Thanks to the neighbors on Dannyn Grove that caught this and contacted the police!
