A lot of women think freedom comes from one big decision.

It doesn’t.

It’s built over time through the choices you make.

Not just choosing what you love to do…

but creating a life where you don’t feel trapped in it.

The goal isn’t to escape your life.
It’s to build one where you have options.

For generations, women's health has been studied through a system that often treated the male body as the default.

says that has real consequences for women.

Symptoms can look different.

Medications can affect women differently.

And too many women are left questioning their own experiences.

Your health concerns deserve to be taken seriously.

Keep asking questions.

Keep advocating for yourself.

Keep looking for answers.

How many times have you started the week thinking, “Okay, THIS week I’m really going to do it…”

And you meant it.
But then something changed.

The unexpected expense came up.
Someone got sick.
Work demanded more from you.
The launch didn’t go the way you hoped.
The house got behind.
Life simply didn’t follow the plan.

The interruption isn’t always what knocks us down the most.

Sometimes it’s what we make the interruption mean about ourselves.

I’m inconsistent.
I can never follow through.
Maybe I’m not cut out for this.

But what if growth isn’t measured by how perfectly you follow the plan?
What if it’s also measured by how you respond when the plan changes?

That’s a huge part of what I want to explore with you this Tuesday inside:

✨ Become the Woman You Can Trust
đź“… August 25
đź’› FREE live coaching experience

We’re going deeper into self-trust, self-leadership, the patterns that keep pulling us back, and how to keep becoming through the REALITY of your life—not some perfect version of it.

Because life won’t always cooperate.
But you can learn how to come back to yourself when it doesn’t.

If that’s something you need in this season, comment TRUST and I’ll send you the details. 💛

And send this to a mom who’s been a little too hard on herself lately. She might need this reminder too.

The way you speak to yourself matters.

A simple place to start: ask yourself, "What would I say to my best friend?"

You'd probably offer compassion, encouragement, and maybe a little tough love.

Give yourself that same grace.

The first step is noticing how you talk to yourself.

From there, you can start changing the pattern.

Your nervous system needs connection, not just coping strategies.

says talking with someone you trust can help you process what you're carrying, especially when that person gives you space to be heard instead of immediately trying to fix everything.

Sometimes you don't need advice. You need a safe place to let it out.

What if you don't need more advice about how to become a “better” version of yourself?

Because we're surrounded by it.

How to be more productive.
More confident.
More disciplined.
A better mom.
A better wife.
Better at business.

And somehow, with ALL that information available to us, so many women still feel like they're falling behind.
That's the conversation I want to change.

I don't believe lasting growth comes from constantly finding another thing about yourself to fix.

I believe it comes from learning how to understand yourself, lead yourself, and keep choosing intentionally—even when life doesn't go according to plan.

And next Tuesday, we're taking this conversation deeper. 🔥

Have you ever felt like life changed... and suddenly you weren't quite sure who you were anymore?

Maybe your kids are growing up.
Maybe your marriage is entering a new season.
Maybe your business is stretching you.
Maybe you're simply becoming someone different.

The hardest part isn't always the change.
Sometimes it's learning how to lead yourself through it.

I share this very personal conversation on this week's minisode of Radiant Mom Rising, along with a coaching exercise that's been helping me navigate this season with more peace and intention.

And if you've been craving deeper support, I'd love to invite you to my free live workshop:

✨ Become the Woman You Can Trust

It's designed for moms who are ready to stop starting over and begin becoming.

Getting support doesn’t mean you’re broken.

It doesn’t mean you’re failing. And it doesn’t mean you aren’t strong enough to handle your life.

Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is admit that you were never meant to carry everything alone.

As moms, we become so accustomed to being the ones everyone else depends on that receiving support can feel uncomfortable. We tell ourselves we should already know what to do, should be able to figure it out, or should wait until things become “bad enough” to ask for help.

But support isn’t only for a crisis.

It can help you recognize the patterns you cannot see on your own, trust yourself through uncertain seasons, and build the emotional capacity for the life you’re ready to create.

That is exactly why I’m hosting my free live event:
✨ Become the Woman You Can Trust
đź“… Tuesday, August 25

This is for the mom who is ready to stop abandoning herself, quiet the constant second-guessing, and begin making decisions from a place of confidence and self-trust.

Comment TRUST below, and I’ll personally send the invitation to your DMs. 🤍

You don’t have to choose between being a great mom and honoring your dreams.

When you go after what lights you up, your kids are watching.

They see what’s possible.

They learn what self-respect looks like.

They feel the difference in how you show up.

A fulfilled mom changes everything.
