Offering a slow and gentle vinyasa class on Monday evenings, along with a gentle chair sequence on Tuesday afternoons for those with past injuries or mobility concerns.

Bring your badge and your mat and make some time for yourself during this busy summer.

June has arrived and busy summer schedules are in full swing. Remember to take time to cool down and unwind with yoga at Highland Creek!

Join us on Monday nights for a 90 minute slow-flow and deep stretch class with a gentle sequence to nourish the body and relax the mind.

Or come by for Chair Yoga on Tuesday afternoons where we emphasize breathwork and proper alignment with functional movements designed to lengthen and strengthen.

Join me for this week's yoga class on Monday at 6:30 pm! It's a slow and relaxing one this week, as we prepare our bodies and minds for the shifting season ahead. Let your stress melt away in this 90 minute Yin and Deep Stretch class, a series of gentle floor stretches and longer holds.

Tuesday's Chair Yoga class is cancelled due to the regularly scheduled Committee meeting and will resume 9/26.

Only available to residents of Highland Creek Community Association at the Sports Club. Check website for the full fitness schedule.

Strong roots are the foundation to our strength and resilience; they allow for us to grow tall and bend without breaking.

Join me for yoga this week as we explore our root chakra, finding our balance while staying grounded through movement and breathwork.

Highland Creek yoga classes are for any skill level, recommended ages 12+. All classes are currently for residents of Highland Creek only, so be sure to bring your yoga mat and your badge when you come. Please reach out with any questions or comments.

Tonight's yoga class (90 minute mat class) has been cancelled due to some back-to-school activities with my kids. Monday classes will resume next week on 8/7. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Tomorrow's chair class is still scheduled for it's normal time.
