So I’ve been very inconsistent with showing you my “30 days of health” this month.
Not because I haven’t been doing anything.
Not because it doesn’t matter.
Not because I don’t want to offer you support and encouragement.
BUT because social media is a terrible place to have to talk about health sometimes.
Because me being on my phone and on social media often isn’t best for my health.
Because often being present is what’s best for my health.
Or to sit outside in the November sun without making it into content.
I still and always will think that taking control of your health is important…I’m just kinda tired of trying “share it all” on this app.
So be patient with yourself and be patient with me.
I’m always happy to answer any questions in my DMs.
But as the holiday season hits full swing I wanna focus on being present…not performative.
Maybe that’s what I need to do for my health today.

Happy 1st Birthday to Zuko.
To celebrate we are lots of treats, played with new toys, had dog training, and put up the Christmas tree and put on our Christmas PJs.
Tomorrow he gets his balls cut off…so a really rough intro into adulthood for him, but tonight…we party.

Day 2 of 30 days of pursuing deep-health habits.
Drinking more water. When the weather cools down I tend to drink a lot less water throughout my day and I definitely feels the effects of it.
I know filling up my 40 oz at least 2x a day will help keep me feeling my best. It helps my energy, digestion, muscle recovery, prevents headaches, and more.
Drink up. 💧💧💧

Why I’m here on this app…
I want to encourage you.
I want you to know

✨You are seen
✨You matter, you have a purpose, and you have value
✨Your body is good
✨You can be thankful for where you are right now and still want to get better
✨Pursuing health isn’t as complicated or crazy as the internet makes it seem
✨Small steps still move you forward
✨Slow growth is still growth
✨Giving your best looks different day-to-day and season-to-season
✨You don’t have to do what everyone else is doing

It’s been hard for me to come on this app because let’s face it…it’s DRAINING! Time, energy, brain space, you name it.
I’ve felt the pressure of “You’re a business owner and you’ve gotta build that business”…and I want to. But I can I level with you? I’m tired of trying to use this app to push and sell and promote. So instead I just want this page to be a place where we can grow and encourage each other. In health, fitness, mindset, and just life!
It’ll still be educational. I’ll still share about my clients and my offers when necessary. But I’m just not selling my souls this this app to try and sell a few more programs.
