In a thrilling showdown at the Pineville Ice House on June 2, 2025, the SpeedFreaks delivered an electrifying performance, defeating the Fridge Raiders 6-3.

First Period: Trading Blows

The Fridge Raiders struck first with Ryan Prusia scoring at 1:56, assisted by Richy Kandora. The SpeedFreaks responded with a power-play goal by Adam Keiser at 7:37, assisted by Peter Spollen and Paul Maclean. Maclean then added an even-strength goal at 11:35, with assists from Shawn Cahill and Spollen. The Raiders tied it up at 14:58 with a goal from Kandora, assisted by Mike Casella and Evan Jones.

Second Period: SpeedFreaks Take Control

The Raiders took a brief lead with Erich Steuer scoring at 2:00, assisted by Kandora and Prusia. However, the SpeedFreaks answered back with a power-play goal from Cahill at 7:34, assisted by Spollen. Spollen then scored at 9:35, assisted by Maclean and Keiser, giving the SpeedFreaks a 4-3 lead.

Third Period: Sealing the Victory

Maclean extended the lead with a power-play goal at 9:36, assisted by Keiser and Spollen. Keiser capped off the scoring at 12:06 with an even-strength goal, assisted by Maclean.
