Starting 2 days late....
Ez refused to attend the school he was enrolled at, but we got it figured out.... finally.
He also thinks first day pics are dumb🙃
This is going to be a great year. Yay 7th grade.

G is officially an allllll online student. And PE is first period 😉🤣
11th grade for this master chef.

I met beautiful Margory walking into the DC metro today, and I couldn't help but hug her and snap a pic after our convo.
I met her by trying to hand her my all-day pass so she would save money. She refused, but we became instant friends.
She was a New Yorker for most of her life but now lives in DC. She is 94 years old. She is a great example of listening to your body and seeking the best "for you" plan.
My friend said to her, "You should have Rachel test you and check your actual health." She quickly refused and said, "I feel great, and I know exactly what I need cause I know myself the best, better than anyone else."
She embodies everything I teach, and I was impressed with every part of her.
She earns a spot on my future memory lane!

Healing happens in pairs. You can not fully heal your physical body unless you work on your emotional/mental/spiritual body.

Breathwork has been my favorite therapy for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

Sharing it with others so they can teach those around them. So they can show up different. So they let the elephant step off their back. So they feel whole... maybe for the first time. So they connect to themselves. So they trust themselves. So they stop running and start living.

Have you ever cried all the way through a yoga class? Somatic Movement to move energy is a really good way to process.

Today marks 6 months.

The person who knew me best. The person who knew all my secrets. The person who said I Love You and it was real because he has seen my absolute worst.

A very good friend confronted me 2 days ago to shake me free of the prison I stepped into 6 months ago.
Losing someone you love so much and having spiritual gifts that allow you to keep them here with you turned out to be... not a good thing.

So I said goodbye for realz this time.

The grief and mourning started over again.
This life continues to throw me curve balls, but it's happening for me. I'm learning and growing in ways I didn't know we're possible.

Thank the Heavens for good friends like and who show up and keep holding my hand through this process. 🫶

If you know and have felt the power of grief after losing someone, I see you!
You still have purpose and a big life to live. Go live it and keep them in your heart, not in your head. 💙

It's January 4th, and already 2025 is exponentially better than 2024. Last year held the darkness that was necessary for this rebirth.... I am utterly grateful to be on the other side.

For all of you who feel the same, I see you, I've shed tears with you, I pray with you, and now is the time to SHINE.

We are all here on our own journeys but meant to intersect one another's as mirrors, helpers, guides, blocks, deliverers,.... Here's to doing it in the kindest way possible and choosing love every time.
