Wild Ponies Wrestling Club

Excited to welcome, Rodney Shepard to the Wild Ponies. Rodney brings an extensive amount of combat sports and grappling experience and knowledge as an active Judoka, Jiu-Jitsu blue belt, and as a collegiate wrestler.

Rodney is tasked with nurturing and building a very competitive elementary and middle school age group from roots to accolades. He will also be contributing to the development of our high school age athletes through their development cycles. This is big for our program and community to round out a very strong coaching staff with another leader!

Expect to see Coach in the room as early as next Tuesday as we begin opening registration for the Pre-Season through the NCWAY/NCHSAA season sessions priced at $40/mo.

It’s not magic that the person usually with the consistent outcomes = the same person putting in consistent work. Trying to cheat the formula will make a liar out of a person every time. Walk the walk.

Hello,

We’re sharing our campaign looking to enlist help from the community.

So far, Wild Ponies Wrestling Club is a leader funded organization, we do not operate on monthly tuition, while waiving most of the commitment fees for multiple and eliminating pay walls that may be an obstacle for participation.

We have really high hopes and aspirations for the program and the impact we’d like to have in our immediate community along with North Carolina wrestling long term. Wild Ponies Wrestling Club is a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization and donations are tax deductible.

Your donation will go directly towards: scholarship, training equipment, coaching resources, formation of travel teams, competition fees, travel arrangements, and community engagements.

Our Goal: $5,000
