Fundamentals, Monday through Thursday 6am. Monday and Wednesday 7:30pm. Tuesday and Thursdays 7pm. Create a solid base, a good foundation on which to build. We’ll see you on the mats.

What a great weekend! Competitions are a great way to test yourself, see what works and what we need to work on. As a team we are setting goals and holding each other accountable. On to the next one.

We are excited to announce that our brand-new Little Howlers Jiu-Jitsu program kicks off on Tuesday, July 7th!

This is the perfect class for little ones who are ready to begin their martial arts journey! Students will build confidence, coordination, discipline, and basic Jiu-Jitsu skills in a fun and encouraging environment.

School is officially out and that means summer fun has begun! That means more time spent on the match with great friends making memories, this summer is sure to be one to remember!

Our students learn from day one that discipline means to follow through with our commitments regardless of how we feel. Feelings like motivation one and go but discipline is a choice. How inspiring it is to watch these kids setting goals and putting in the work to make it happen!
