This is what it looks like to be a mom who works and has to find time to workout! Fitness keeps me grounded and feeling young. It gives my mind a break. It allows me to stop, breath, and move! Find a way to move your body in anyway possible!

Fitness means so much to me! It used to be a career, now it’s my me time! It is going for a run on the weekend or lifting weights on my lunch break. It gives me joy, brings life into my day, and keeps me sane! I workout be healthy, happy, and here!

Today’s workout: Strength 20 min - Deadlifts, Squats + OH Press, Bicep Curl, Cable Rows, Push Ups. Easy, simple, but worked up a sweat!
