It’s Pisces season baby (aka my season 😜)
Over the next four Sundays (2/20- 3/20) we will be flowing in all the high vibe and loving energy of Pisces.
Pisces is the sign of compassion, intuition, spirituality, dreams, art, healing, surrendering and softening.
Pisces is the final sign on the zodiac - completion.
Pisces ushers in the final weeks of winter - completion.
Then begins new life. Spring 🌱
Both on and off your mat this is the perfect time to do a deep dive and connect with your spirit.
How are you making space to bloom and prepare for spring? Are you grounded? What are you avoiding? Reflect on what feeds and fuels your spirit. What’s run its course? What can you release? Visualize what you want to usher in next.
During class - What can you leave on the mat at the end of your practice? What needs to be released from your body and through your exhales? How can you take more deep and full breaths?
Pisces also rules the feet - we’ll focus on poses that bring us balance, focus and a sense of grounding.
It’s the perfect time to gather your remedies - especially the remedies that help you get grounded and focused. Pisces loves a good escape and daydream - you must remember to also return to the present moment.
