How many of you feel me on this? Exercise should definitely be considered in the self-care category and we women need to become more comfortable with caring for ourselves in general. A wise man once told me “you can’t effectively care for others without taking care of yourself first”.
LOUDER
This is the way we are innately designed to squat. We unlearn this as we become older and begin to bend at the waist leading to back problems. We have to relearn how to properly squat in order to prevent low back and knee pain. Better yet… never stop squatting in the first place! Anyone can learn how to squat without pain! It’s one of our body’s innately functional movements!
